Research Associate, Analytical Development

We're currently seeking a talented Research Associate to join our Analytical Development team as we develop innovative analytical methodologies for protein biologics.
Experience in assay validation/ qualification as well as industry regulations that apply to job functions are a plus! Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This role is a full-time onsite position.
- Perform laboratory tasks to support the development, optimization, validation and routine testing of protein therapeutics via protein characterization techniques.
- Demonstrate proficiency in one or more of the following: ELISA, Cell-Based Assays, HPLC, CE, icIEF, PCR, SDS-PAGE
- Document method development and validation activities according to current practices.
- Assist in training analysts on new methods and transfer methods to cGMP Quality Control lab, as necessary.
- Work in a fast-paced team environment, meet deadlines, and prioritize work.
- Provide regular updates to Process Development department and other functional teams as necessary.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in the Biological or Physical Sciences with 2+ years of relevant experience and demonstrated working knowledge of scientific principles.
- Experience with analytical method development using bioanalytical techniques
- Should have experience with at least one of the following: ELISA, Cell-Based Assays, HPLC, CE, icIEF, PCR, SDS-PAGE
- Experience in assay validation/ qualification as well as industry regulations that apply to job functions are a plus!
