Love building supply chains that keep complex products flying?

Join Avidyne's Supply Chain team as a Senior Buyer, where you'll shape sourcing strategies and strengthen supplier relationships to ensure materials for innovative avionics solutions are available.

You'll partner with engineering, operations, and production teams, manage supplier performance, lead sourcing initiatives, and drive continuous improvement, making a measurable impact on operational success.

At Avidyne, you'll help translate supply chain strategy into practical, reliable solutions that support innovation, production, and long-term business success.

• Commodity strategy: Develop and execute sourcing strategies across electronics, build-to-print, and consumables categories, including supplier rationalization and dual-source planning.

• Sourcing & negotiation: Lead RFQ/RFP events, negotiate pricing, lead times, and contract terms, and drive total cost of ownership improvements.

• Supplier relationships: Own supplier performance reviews, corrective action plans, and strategic account-level partnerships.

• Cross-functional support: Partner with engineering on component selection, availability risk, capacity constraints, and obsolescence planning.

• Process improvement: Lead procurement standardization initiatives, support ERP enhancements, and mentor junior buyers.

At Avidyne, our culture is grounded in the philosophy of Simply Flying, which means we focus on creating practical and effective solutions that make a real impact. We embrace the idea of "Build What You Run," enabling employees to design, test, and improve processes in real time.

In this environment, you'll take ownership of key commodity categories, influence decisions that affect production, and collaborate with engineers dedicated to getting the details right.

If you value clarity, ownership, and tackling challenging supply chain issues, you'll thrive here.
