The Risk Technology team operates in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, partnering with stakeholders across multiple regions. The team focuses on delivering critical initiatives tied to regulatory reporting, counterparty risk, and enterprise data platforms, leveraging Agile methodologies and modern cloud technologies. • Lead end-to-end delivery of Risk Technology initiatives as a hybrid Project Manager / Business Analyst
• Translate complex business requirements into actionable JIRA stories and Agile deliverables
• Drive Agile adoption, ensuring consistent implementation of frameworks, policies, and best practices
• Establish and maintain requirements traceability for audit, compliance, and stakeholder reporting
• Manage project timelines, risks, budgets, and resource allocation with strong fiscal accountability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple time zones
• Build dashboards and reports to track project health, productivity, and data quality
• Continuously improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and scalability

• 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management and/or Business Analysis
• Proven experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, or similar)
• Strong experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Visio/Gliffy, and Office365
• Hands-on experience with SQL, data analysis, and Excel; basic Python knowledge preferred
• Experience working with cloud technologies (preferably Azure)
• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies and enterprise delivery frameworks
• Domain experience in Capital Markets, Fixed Income, or Commercial Lending (5+ years preferred)
• Knowledge of derivatives, securities financing transactions (SFTs), and counterparty credit risk (e.g., CVA, EE, MPE)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams
