Join a global engineering and powertrain organization supporting complex engine integration, field validation, and equipment repower initiatives. This team operates in a highly collaborative environment where engineering, product, field operations, and external partners work together to execute real-world validation activities. The role supports an active project involving engine repower events, equipment chassis integration, and field issue resolution across domestic and international stakeholders.

This is an onsite opportunity based in Columbus, Indiana, with general business hours and occasional after-hours collaboration with international stakeholders. The role offers hands-on exposure to field validation, equipment repower execution, and cross-functional coordination across engineering, product, and external partner teams. Domestic travel and travel to Canada will be required to support designated repower events.

  • Serve as the central coordinator for field validation activities tied to an active engine repower project.
  • Support execution, monitoring, and communication across project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate hands-on repower events involving engine installation, validation, and troubleshooting within equipment chassis.
  • Partner closely with engineering, product, external partners, and international stakeholders to keep workstreams aligned.
  • Track commitments, escalate risks, and help ensure project milestones are met within an existing timeline.
  • Bring practical technical understanding of how engines integrate with chassis and surrounding systems to support successful field execution.
  • Proven project management or project coordination experience in an engineering, field testing, automotive, powertrain, equipment, or related environment.
  • Hands-on knowledge of engine repower activities, including how an engine integrates into a chassis and interacts with surrounding systems.
  • Strong understanding of engines, vehicle/equipment applications, and OEM integration considerations.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and parallel workstreams with limited direction.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability.
  • Ability and willingness to work onsite in Columbus, IN and travel domestically and to Canada as needed.
