✓Prepare and QC RNA and DNA samples for sequencing.
✓Perform routine maintenance, operation and troubleshooting of 10x Genomics, Illumina, and high-throughput robotic automation instrumentation.
✓Perform spatial transcriptomics using 10x Visium or similar technologies.
✓Sample processing and Biobanking.
✓Keep detailed records of experimental procedures.
✓Bachelor’s degree or higher in molecular biology, biochemistry, or related field.
✓Minimum of two (2) years of work experience preparing NGS and/or 10x libraries and performing Illumina sequencing.
✓Proficient in molecular and cellular biology techniques.
✓Familiarity with bioinformatics/sequence analysis is desirable but not required.
✓Experience with spatial transcriptomics technologies, specifically 10x Visium or VisiumHD, is required.
