As an Automation Technician IV, you will serve as a senior technical leader within the
automation support team. You will lead advanced troubleshooting efforts, mentor junior
technicians, drive large-scale equipment improvements, and collaborate cross-functionally to
support high-volume automated manufacturing processes. You will play a key role in developing
technical standards, evaluating new automation technology, and ensuring system performance at
scale.

~1 min read• GED, High School Diploma, or Associate’s degree in engineering, automation, or related
technical discipline
• 8+ years hands-on experience in automated manufacturing systems
• Proven expertise with industrial control systems, including PLC programming (Allen-
Bradley preferred)• Strong proficiency with machine vision systems and robotic automation platforms
• Solid understanding of manufacturing execution systems (MES) and industrial
networking
• Experience with SolidWorks and CAD software for tooling design and documentation
• Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and failure mode analysis (FMEA)
• Demonstrated leadership experience in cross-functional technical teams
• Ability to read and interpret advanced schematics, blueprints, and electrical diagrams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset toward continuous
improvement
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical training sessions
