• →Lead and oversee customer deployments from initiation through execution, ensuring successful and timely delivery
• →Actively manage complex, high-visibility projects while mentoring and supporting project managers
• →Own the day-to-day executive-level relationship with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• →Develop, manage, and continuously improve commercial and pilot project plans
• →Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Engineering, R&D, Sales, Support, and external partners
• →Set clear expectations, manage project schedules, and determine resource needs across multiple initiatives
• →Identify risks early, escalate appropriately, and drive solutions that protect timelines and customer trust
• →Lead internal, customer, and partner meetings to ensure alignment and accountability
• →Identify opportunities for business expansion and add-on sales tied to project success
• →Establish, optimize, and scale project management processes, tools, and methodologies
• →Communicate clear, concise project updates to internal leadership and external stakeholders
• →Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement across deployments

• Prior experience in a senior leadership role, with direct people management responsibility
• 6–8+ years of experience managing the full project lifecycle in a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment
• Proven ability to remain hands-on while leading and scaling teams
• Experience working closely with R&D, Engineering, and Technical teams on complex implementations
• Comfortable engaging with C-suite stakeholders in B2B environments or Command Staff in B2G/Public Safety organizations
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics and customer insights to guide decisions
• Experience in implementing AI, tools, processes and templates to help the team scale, improve and be more efficient
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, startup environment
• Willingness to travel domestically as needed (up to 10%)
• Experience working with Public Safety organizations strongly preferred

• Experience with ESInet and i3 technologies
• Experience leading cloud-based deployments

This is a hybrid role, with an expectation of four days per week in our Manhattan office.
