As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Product and Operations teams by providing critical insights into user interactions and the performance of our advertising platform. You will focus on analyzing the user journey, evaluating impacts from product changes, creating and maintaining key product and operational reports, and most importantly surfacing actionable business insights.
What you'll be doing:
• Create, maintain, and automate weekly and monthly product and operations reports.
• Continuously optimize and streamline existing reports to improve efficiency and clarity for stakeholders.
• Map and interpret user flows and engagement to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.
• Structure, monitor, and interpret the results of product and feature experiments to optimize platform performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics and deliver actionable insights via SQL, BigQuery, Excel, Looker, and Power BI dashboards.
• Handle ad-hoc data requests from key stakeholders, ensuring accurate validation, thorough analysis, and timely delivery of actionable recommendations under tight deadlines.
What you'll need to be successful:
Must haves:
• 3+ years of professional experience in a similar data-focused role.
• Bachelor’s or master’s in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or similar field.
• A proven track record of leveraging your technical skills in SQL, BigQuery, Excel, and data visualization (Power BI and Looker preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset; able to analyze complex datasets, identify insights or discrepancies, and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
• Experience analyzing A/B tests, including statistical significance and actionable insights.

• Python
• GCP / Looker experience
• Digital marketing knowledge
