~1 min readThis position requires a bachelor’s degree in public administration, court administration, social science, or a related field, and two years of experience in a related field, or equivalent. The successful candidate will have knowledge of Arizona laws, policies and procedures pertaining to foster care and the operation of the Foster Care Review Boards, knowledge of the Arizona Department of Economic Security/ Department of Child Safety policies and procedures, as well as group dynamics and group facilitation techniques. This position requires the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of professional and lay people associated with the justice system and foster care, lead projects and implement project management techniques, multitask various duties, special assignments, and last-minute changes, and professionally facilitate a board. Additionally, this position requires excellent written and verbal communication, extensive attention to detail, and must be highly organized.
