Labor in Colombia Job Description Title: Associate Software Developer Reporting to: Development Manager Responsibilities: • Assist in the Architecture and framework development related to technologies using .NET, Angular to contribute to the development and management of rich-client enterprise Web apps • Develops secure, robust, transactional applications using OO design concepts and service- oriented architectures. • Participate in performance tuning and optimization with Microsoft technologies. • Join design sessions and provide inputs based on your previous learnings/experience. • Apply software engineering practices and modern development methodologies to ensure high quality and consistency of technical aspects of the product. • Collaborates with the Architects/Designers in partner locations to arrive at the viable design solutions. • Work with Functional Analysts and Business Analysts to review and improve functional specifications, which should include functional tests description and acceptance criteria. • Contributes to the design, development, troubleshooting, tests and documentation of selected or all functions, at a high-quality level. • Support the technical evolution of the application by identifying needs, gaps, and new requirements. • Works closely with the Engineering Manager to help achieve the delivery timelines. • Maintains knowledge on current technologies, tools and brainstorms ideas with other team members. • Makes recommendations to improve operating efficiency and functionality of assigned systems areas. Requirements Experience: Required • Minimum of 1 years in Software Development in Microsoft stack • Experience in SOA and Domain Driven Development • Interest in building new application features and functionality, inter-operable with existing applications and infrastructure. • Basic knowledge of refactoring the WINFORMS applications into a browser-based application stack with automated tools and AI. • Some experience with application deployment in Azure cloud. • Familiarity in .NET 6.0 or later, ASP.NET MVC4 or later, RESTFul, WebAPI and SQL Server. • Basic programming skills in C#, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3. • Exposure to Web development platforms, both client MVC and server-side MVC. • Knowledge of Single Page Application development with JavaScript frameworks and Angular 14 or later. • Understanding of Application security (Authentication and Authorization), infrastructure blueprints and DevOps. Qualifications Bachelor/master’s in computer engineering or equivalent in the field of Computer Science and Engineering. Microsoft Certifications in Solutions Development
