  • Assist in recruiting, training, and developing front desk staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable, motivated, and solution-oriented. Foster a culture of teamwork, feedback, and continuous growth.
  • Assist in conducting quarterly syncs and providing regular feedback to the front desk team to support their development and growth.
  • Oversee staff scheduling, including coordination of monthly fixed schedules and shift swaps.
  • Act as a leader and liaison within the team, aligning them with the company mission, goals, and initiatives.
  • Foster a positive and supportive team culture.
  • Handle tasks related to retail management, including receiving, sorting, tagging, and distribution of merchandise.
  • Monitor online orders and manage the Shopify platform.
  • Oversee front desk staff payroll, reviewing, auditing, and approving bi-weekly.
  • Support implementing sales and marketing strategies to acquire and retain new customers, including targeted client outreach
  • Help maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for clients.
  • Address client inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure the studio is clean, well-maintained, and supplied with necessary equipment.

  • Help track and analyze key metrics related to studio performance, client engagement, and marketing efforts.
  • Assist in creating regular reports to provide insights into the effectiveness of various initiatives.
  • Aid in tracking revenue, managing budgets, and reporting financial performance to senior leadership.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
  • Minimum shift hours/week: 20 hours/week (shift responsibilities may vary based upon studio needs).
  • Flexible work schedule, with the expectation to be in the studio ~80% of the time.
  • Availability for weekday shifts (AM/Noon/PM), weekends, and holidays including support with weekend/holiday on-call schedule
  • Active participation in the B/SPOKE Brand (e.g., regularly taking classes and participating in internal and external events)
