But while there is a lot to celebrate in our past, there is almost as much opportunity ahead of us. We are seeking a Contractor Recruiter to join our team!

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support full-cycle recruiting for open roles across Backblaze, both in the US and internationally
  • Own the recruiting process end to end — from req kickoff through offer acceptance and hire
  • Source, screen, and move candidates through the pipeline efficiently and with a strong candidate experience
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
  • Support recruiting across both technical and non-technical functions
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within a SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to manage the full recruiting lifecycle independently, from kickoff to close
  • Experience hiring for both technical roles (engineering, product, etc.) and non-technical roles (operations, go-to-market, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple open reqs simultaneously
  • Based in the United States

Nice to Have

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Familiarity with tools such as Greenhouse, Juicebox, or similar ATS/sourcing platforms
