Salesforce Solution Architect

We are representing a prominent Salesforce consulting partner in South Africa seeking an experienced Solution Architect. This is a key, client-facing role where you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients.

This position is ideal for a technical and consultative expert who excels at translating complex business challenges into robust, scalable, and effective solutions on the Salesforce platform.

• →Leading technical workshops with clients to understand their business requirements and pain points.
• →Designing and documenting end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including data architecture, integration patterns, and security models.
• →Creating the technical blueprints and roadmaps that guide the development and implementation teams.
• →Acting as the senior technical expert and quality assurance lead throughout the project lifecycle.
• →Mentoring developers and consultants, sharing your knowledge of best practices.
• →Staying current with the latest Salesforce features and platform updates to provide informed recommendations.

• →Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect, ideally within a consulting or partner environment.
• →Deep technical knowledge across the Salesforce platform (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and an understanding of integration patterns).
• →A strong, consultative approach with the ability to manage senior stakeholders and communicate complex technical ideas clearly.
• →Experience in designing scalable solutions and understanding architectural trade-offs.
• →Relevant Salesforce certifications (such as Application Architect or System Architect) are highly beneficial.
