Operations Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A

What You’ll Do: As a key member of our Operations Finance team, you will: Partner with site leaders and cross-functional teams to drive business performance. Lead financial planning, forecasting, and month-end close activities. Analyze financial results and translate data into actionable insights. Support cost control, productivity initiatives, and capital projects. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and audit requirements. Play an active role in plant strategy and operational decision-making.   What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, reporting, or forecasting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced Excel skills (pivots, formulas, modeling). Experience with SAP or similar systems preferred. Ability to collaborate, influence, and communicate across all levels. Manufacturing experience preferred.   Why Bakelite?
