The Main function of a Surveillance Officer is to protect the casino, It's guests, and fellow employees by observing the gaming floor and all other areas of the casino via digital surveillance.

Responsibilities

→Knowledge of table games procedures, house rules, and ICMPs
→Monitor table games, slot floor, and all critical areas of the casino
→Monitor premises of all areas to detect crimes or disturbances, using closed circuit television monitors, and notify authorities if needed for corrective actions
→Basic knowledge of Colorado gaming laws
→Take and respond to radio calls
→Answer phone calls and record all information into a designated log
→Able to function in a multi-task situation
→Able to monitor multiple cameras
→Observe and report all infractions.
→Basic understanding of video recording and camera equipment.
→Communicate and implement department procedure in accordance with internal controls.
→Complete surveillance reports and investigations.
→Strong written and oral communication
→Strong sense of confidentiality
