Baltimore Ravens CRM & Business Strategy Analyst   Dept: Business Strategy & Analytics Position Reports to: Senior Manager, Data Science & Analytics   Position Summary: The Business Strategy & Analytics team utilizes data to inform and empower the organization to make more structured decisions to benefit our fans and community. We do this by translating data into insights and making continuous efforts to optimize our business. The Business Analyst, CRM will work within the Business Strategy & Analytics (BSA) department and partner closely with Ticketing, Sponsorship, Suites, Marketing, IT, Legal, and Finance departments. This role will leverage data analysis and the Salesforce platform to maximize CRM functionality and provide insights through data. The Business Analyst, CRM will manage/build customer relationships, evaluate/pursue revenue opportunities, and ensure customer data is properly capture/maintained. The Business Analyst, CRM must be a self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and will be required to work on-site at the Under Armour Performance Center (Owings Mills, MD). Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities Possess a strong understanding of Salesforce products, processes, and best practices to serve as the subject matter expert for all things Salesforce. Collaborate with multiple departments to develop solutions to meet business needs. Build data visualizations and develop critical business reports/dashboards. Develop a deep understanding of business processes, data, and the ability to connect technology solutions to business objectives. Strong ability to interpret data and transform it into actionable insights. Ensure highly-productive end user experience by designing and implementing customized end user interface and building and delivering workshop and training materials. Maintain the Salesforce security model including roles, profiles, sharing rules, and permission sets. Oversee the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of Salesforce, including the creation of custom objects and fields. Use tools such as Flow, Mulesoft, and other platforms to build automations within Salesforce. Evaluate new Salesforce products/features and partner with stakeholders to implement and deploy to production. Required Education and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in a related field 3+ years of experience supporting Salesforce development, configuration, implementation, or sustainment. Strong analytical capabilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience in SQL, Python, R, or similar language preferred. Prior use of Tableau, PowerBI, or other visualization platforms preferred. Understanding of Databricks, Snowflake, or other analytic platforms preferred. Requisite Abilities and/or Skills Adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Ability to occasionally work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary. Team first, positive, people-oriented, and energetic attitude. Possess a deep understanding of Salesforce products, processes, and best practices.
