Finance Manager (Management Reporting and Analytics)

• →Prepare reports to the Board of Directors regarding the Group’s financial results and performance
• →Handle the preparation of the Group’s Management Discussion and Analysis and other related financial disclosure work
• →Provide support to other departments for the Group’s financial disclosure
• →Handle the organization and participation in the Group’s constant dialogue with external credit rating agencies, including the preparation of the annual review meeting between external credit rating agencies and senior management of the Group
• →Analyze the Group’s performance from the perspective of business segments, customer segments, products and channels, together with comparison with the market and peer banks.
• →Participate in other duties or projects assigned by supervisors

• University Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics or related discipline, professional qualification such as CPA and CFA will be an advantage
• At least 3 years working experience in banks and financial institutions, preferably with experience in financial analysis
• Strong analytical and reporting writing skills and logical mindset
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Self-initiative, creative, able to work independently and under pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in common computer applications, such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. Experience in using Hyperion, VBA and Power Query would be an asset.
