Retail Banking Product Manager (FX & Payroll)

• →Assist and develop the bank’s FX and general banking services (including Account Opening, Payroll & Safe Deposit Box etc.), and optimize the product structure in order to maximize the profitability
• →Prepare, analyze, and validate financial and business performance data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
• →Assist in preparing management presentations, reports, and business reviews for senior stakeholders.
• →Analysis on the needs and opportunities of different customers segment, support in the formulation of product marketing plan. Cooperate with other relevant departments to carry out marketing activities.
• →Handle ad hoc projects as assigned by management

• Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, Financial Management and Administration etc
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in product management, with 2 years or above experience in supervisory role
• Creative thinking, good project management ability and independent analytical mind
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access of MS office
