Responsibilities

- →Establish, review and enhance the operational processes and HR system to support the business.
- →Lead and champion change initiatives for the team to strengthen the organizational agility and long-term capability
- →Cooperate with external service providers and vendors for various projects to ensure the service quality and cost effectiveness.
- →Drive the review and enhancement of policies and practices to comply with employment legislation, company policies and governance standards.
- →Lead, mentor, and develop the team members, fostering collaboration, capability building, and a high-performance culture.
- →Collaborate closely with internal stakeholder and external partners to deliver integrated HR solutions aligned with organizational priorities
- →Perform ad hoc tasks and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
~2 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines.
- Minimum 8 years of comprehensive HR or HR Shared Services Centre experience in sizable organizations or banking industry, with at least 3 years in a similar leadership role.
- Solid knowledge in HK Labour Ordinance and other HR related regulations
- Proven capability to lead HR operations independently, exercising sound judgement and prioritization in a fast-paced, dynamic environmental, attentive to detail, able to work under pressure and tight schedules.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Well-developed stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaboration effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
- Strong communication skills with good command of spoken and written Mandarin, Cantonese, and English.
- Hands on experience with HR systems, data management in PeopleSoft HRMS or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Manager.
