• Required: Ability to train and mentor subordinates, junior staff, and new hires.

The salary range for this full-time position is $120,000.00 annually - $140,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits 

Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.

• →Review loan documents for completeness and accuracy
• →Supervise Loan Portfolio Services Personnel
• →Administer Loan Disbursements
• →Review various loan reports
• →Process data changes as needed
• →Review title reports, legal documents for completeness and accuracy
• →Review UCC reports
• →Work with customers to obtain necessary signatures on loan documents
• →Manage credit files (Globalwave) including ticklers and covenants updates
• →Manage ordering appraisal and environmental reports
