Join a team supporting U.S. Southern Command's Enhanced Domain Awareness (EDA) initiative, helping shape the future of a mission-critical capability as it transitions into a formal DoD Program of Record. This role focuses on requirements analysis, capability development, and governance activities that support program maturation, stakeholder alignment, and long-term strategic planning.
As a Risk & Compliance Analyst, you will work closely with government stakeholders, program leadership, and technical teams to assess operational requirements, identify capability gaps, and ensure alignment with DoD acquisition and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Conduct requirements analysis to support program planning, capability development, and strategic decision-making.
- →Develop and maintain requirements documentation, ensuring traceability from operational needs through implementation.
- →Perform capability-based assessments and gap analyses to identify opportunities for program improvement.
- →Support the development of requirements traceability matrices and related program documentation.
- →Coordinate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize operational and technical requirements.
- →Assist with the transition of program capabilities into formal DoD acquisition and governance processes.
- →Support development of capability documentation, briefing materials, and decision-support products.
- →Analyze program risks, dependencies, and impacts associated with evolving requirements.
- →Ensure alignment between program objectives, stakeholder needs, and DoD governance frameworks.
- →Provide analytical support, technical writing, and reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or five (5) years of equivalent professional experience in requirements analysis.
- Experience developing requirements documentation and supporting requirements management activities.
- Experience conducting capability-based assessments and gap analyses.
- Experience supporting DoD acquisition, governance, or capability development processes.
- Experience developing and maintaining requirements traceability matrices.
- Strong analytical, research, and technical writing skills.
- Experience coordinating with stakeholders to define, validate, and document operational requirements.
- Familiarity with JCIDS and DoD capability development processes.
- Experience supporting Program Executive Offices, Combatant Commands, Joint Staff, or other DoD organizations.
- Experience with requirements management tools and governance frameworks.
- Certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional, CBAP, Lean Six Sigma, or related credentials.
- Experience supporting large-scale technology, data, analytics, or modernization initiatives.
