Responsibilities:

Builds and maintains productive client relationships, including serving as a day-to-day contact

Builds and maintains strong relationships within the agency, including with the creative, social, media, and client leadership teams
-
Identifies key media contacts and influencers relevant to accounts and client needs
-
Manages media and influencer relationships, accounts, and project activities
-
Executes influencer outreach and negotiations and builds earned media relationships
-
Communicates and delivers earned media and influencer campaigns built with strategic objectives and amplification for brand channels
-
Supports onsite execution of activations with influencers and media, including client, vendor, and partner relationships
-
Utilizes media and influencer monitoring and research tools; identifies appropriate measures to evaluate the success of a major project, campaign or event
-
Demonstrates a thorough understanding of, and follows, best practices and trends for PR and influencer industries

Responds professionally to client and colleague communications

Prepares for client or internal meetings by creating and/or informing agendas, preparing meeting space, and capturing next steps/notes

Provides insight on trends and changes in the media and influencer landscapes for clients
-
Counsels clients and agency partners on newsworthiness of topics, issues, and ideas

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required

Minimum of 3 or more years of related experience and/or training

Excellent communication and persuasion skills, both written and oral

Ability to work autonomously, lead projects, and work on a team collaboratively

Impeccable attention to detail and stellar organizational skills
-
Creative problem solver with strong critical thinking skills to manage the unknown and plan ahead

Media relations experience, including pitching national, regional, local, and trade news media and securing interviews and coverage for clients
-
Influencer relations experience, including influencer identification, outreach, relationship management, and content creation
