ERP Subject Matter Expert (SME)

  5+ years of experience supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• →
  Experience serving as an ERP Subject Matter Expert, Business Systems Analyst, Functional Lead, Business Process Owner, or similar role.
• →
  Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, including:
• →
  Production Planning
• →
  Inventory Management
• →
  Purchasing
• →
  Bills of Material (BOMs)
• →
  Routings
• →
  Quality Systems
• →
  Shop Floor Control
• →
  Experience with ERP data management, validation, and process improvement.
• →
  Proven ability to train users, facilitate workshops, and drive adoption of new systems and processes.
• →
  Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• →
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and leadership teams.

 Preferred Qualifications

• →Experience with Infor SyteLine (CSI).
• →Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or data migrations.
• →Aerospace, defense, or other highly regulated manufacturing experience.
• →Experience with Power BI or other reporting and analytics tools.
• →Knowledge of master data governance and continuous improvement methodologies.
