General Manager

• →P&L leader of the site
• →Deliver year-on-year business growth
• →Accountable for site performance metrics including people, safety, quality, cost and delivery

• →Drive value creation initiatives 

• Minimum 3 years of P&L experience in a manufacturing business
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience with a team of substantial size
• Effective spoken and written communication skills
• Hands-on leadership style with strong execution ability
• Problem solving and strategic thinking abilities
• Ability to work with global and cross-functional teams

Education Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant discipline
• Associate degree with experience in a similar role will be considered
