Manufacturing Engineer

• →Develop manufacturing processes and tools to ensure products and services provided meet all contractual, program, design and quality requirements.
• →Create manufacturing documentation including drawings, routings and work instructions.
• →Disposition manufacturing non-conformances and determine causes and solutions.
• →Troubleshoot machines and processes.
• →Meet with customers to define their needs and determine the best solutions.
• →Lead manufacturing capital procurement & implementation projects.
• →Co-develop cost estimates for new process implementation and manufacturing quotes.
• →Participate in design, manufacturing and test documentation reviews to ensure applicable contract, program, design and quality requirements are met.
• →Lead continuous improvement projects in a team environment.

• Minimum 1-3 years providing engineering support to a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient at reading, analyzing and interpreting customer drawings, specifications, procedures and standards.
• Proficient with computer systems and basic software, experience with CAD (Solid Works, NX, AutoCAD, or similar).
• Proven track record of scheduling and organizing people and time effectively in order to complete assigned functions.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
