Paint Sprayer

Paint Sprayer required for Aerospace/Defence Company. Brand new capability introduced to site with state-of-the-art Mixing room, preparation room and paint booth (large wash/paint booth approx. 10m X 5m.

• →Pre-paint preparation – hot wash, steam wash, cold wash, detergent wash, or Alocrom wash.
• →Masking of non-paint areas.
• →Spray painting using standard spray guns and bespoke equipment.
• →Working to strict process requirements
• →Measurement of coating thickness (tight tolerances to maintain)
• →Ensure traceability of paint process.
• →Create and maintain a team focused work environment.
• →Seek out, identify and participate in Continuous Improvement opportunities.
• →Responsible for general housekeeping and cleanliness of working area.
• →Maintain a team focused work environment
• →Adhere to all policies and procedures
• →Competent in Health & Safety
• →Support “Best Practices” to achieve company goals for safety, delivery, cost and quality.
• →In-house training will be provided.

• Spray painting to high standards (Previous Experience Not Required as Full Training will be given)
• Working as part of a team to achieve site targets and maintenance requirements
