Fabricator

As a Fabricator, you’ll play a hands-on role in building solutions that support heavy industry while growing your career in a collaborative shop environment.

You’ll work in a shop-based environment supporting a wide range of fabrication needs—creating custom solutions while collaborating closely with the team and Shop Manager. In this role, you will:

• →Perform fabrication tasks including welding, cutting, fitting, and forming materials
• →Build custom equipment and components to support company projects
• →Operate shop equipment such as laser tables, forklifts, brake press, and saws
• →Read and interpret shop drawings and fabrication plans
• →Prepare and assemble materials for accurate fit-up and final welding
• →Use software systems and shop tools to track and execute work orders

Required:

• Background in fabrication, welding, or industrial shop work
• Ability to read and work from drawings and fabrication plans
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Willingness to work safely and collaborate with a team

Preferred:

• 1–3+ years of industrial fabrication experience
• Experience with welding processes (SMAW, FCAW) or similar
• Familiarity with fabrication-related software or shop systems
