Responsibilities
~1 min readYou’ll work in a shop-based environment supporting a wide range of fabrication needs—creating custom solutions while collaborating closely with the team and Shop Manager. In this role, you will:
- →Perform fabrication tasks including welding, cutting, fitting, and forming materials
- →Build custom equipment and components to support company projects
- →Operate shop equipment such as laser tables, forklifts, brake press, and saws
- →Read and interpret shop drawings and fabrication plans
- →Prepare and assemble materials for accurate fit-up and final welding
- →Use software systems and shop tools to track and execute work orders

Required:
- Background in fabrication, welding, or industrial shop work
- Ability to read and work from drawings and fabrication plans
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Willingness to work safely and collaborate with a team
Preferred:
- 1–3+ years of industrial fabrication experience
- Experience with welding processes (SMAW, FCAW) or similar
- Familiarity with fabrication-related software or shop systems
