Internal Communications & Media Manager

• →Communication Strategy & Execution
  • →Support the development and execution of internal communication plans aligned with business priorities
  • →Identify communication gaps and help implement practical solutions
  • →Maintain consistent messaging and communication standards
• →Content & Channel Management
  • →Manage internal channels (intranet, email, digital signage, video)
  • →Create clear, engaging written and multimedia content
  • →Maintain the communications calendar and coordinate messaging across teams
  • →Partner with media resources on video and visual content
• →Executive & Leadership Support
  • →Draft and edit leadership communications (announcements, talking points, key messages)
  • →Support leaders in effectively cascading information across the business
  • →Ensure messaging is timely, clear, and aligned
  • →Assist with communication planning and messaging for crisis or sensitive situations
• →Employee Engagement & Partnership
  • →Partner with HR, Operations, IT, and other teams on communication needs
  • →Build relationships across branches, regions, and departments
  • →Support initiatives that strengthen engagement and culture
• →Operational Excellence & Improvement
  • →Execute recurring communication tasks and rhythms
  • →Track performance metrics (engagement, adoption, participation)
  • →Use data and feedback to continuously improve communication efforts

• Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
• Experience
  • 5–8+ years in internal communications or a related field
  • Experience supporting multi-location or distributed teams preferred
  • Experience managing communication channels and/or media platforms
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting leadership communications

  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Solid organization and project management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
  • Comfort working with multimedia content and creative partners
