Maintenance Controller

• →Coordinate and monitor day-to-day fleet maintenance activities across multiple branches
• →Track maintenance schedules, work orders, and asset readiness to ensure minimal downtime
• →Partner with branch maintenance teams to prioritize and execute maintenance work
• →Maintain accurate records within maintenance systems, ensuring data integrity and visibility
• →Support compliance efforts related to DOT, safety, and quality standards
• →Assist in developing and maintaining preventive maintenance schedules
• →Collaborate with Fleet Services, Safety & Quality, and DOT Compliance teams
• →Identify and escalate maintenance issues impacting operations
• →Support reporting and analysis of maintenance KPIs and performance metrics
• →Assist with onboarding and integration during branch acquisitions
• →Perform additional duties as assigned by Maintenance Director

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in maintenance, logistics, or operations
• Experience in fleet maintenance, equipment management, or similar field preferred
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
