Retail Store Management
The Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager support the Retail Management team in overseeing store operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring that the store meets company standards.
Responsibilities

- →Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
- →Maintain up-to-date product inventory sheets and pick lists
- →Maintain backstock in a neat, clean, and organized manner
- →Interview and select candidates; oversee a team of retail associates
- →Create and maintain schedules for all retail associates
- →Delegate responsibilities to retail associates
- →Supervise and guide staff toward maximum performance
- →Prepare and control the store’s budget, aiming for minimum expenditure and maximum efficiency
- →Monitor stock levels and purchases to ensure they stay within budget
- →Address customer complaints to maintain the store’s reputation
- →Inspect store areas and resolve any issues that arise
- →Plan and oversee in-store promotional events and displays
- →Stay informed on market trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- →Assist in analyzing sales and revenue reports and making forecasts
- →Ensure the store follows all safety guidelines, including proper opening and closing procedures
- →Contribute to a positive work environment
- →Perform other duties as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Ability to effectively manage cash handling, cash registers, and inventory control
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service and sales growth
Requirements
