Role purpose
As a Rituals Christmas Advisor, you will help create warm, meaningful and memorable moments for every customer during our busiest and most exciting time of the year. You will proactively connect with customers, understand who they are shopping for and help them discover thoughtful gifts and products that feel personal.
You will bring positive festive energy to the store, work closely with the team and confidently support Christmas sales targets while delivering the outstanding Rituals experience that turns customers into loyal fans.

Business impact
You will interact directly with customers, answer questions, provide confident guidance and increase sales through genuine connections, product storytelling, demonstrations and thoughtful recommendations. Your contribution will help elevate the in-store experience throughout the Christmas trading period.

Working relationships
• Reports to the Store Manager
• Works as part of the store team
• Supports and guides colleagues who are new to the role
• Works closely with other Advisors to deliver a seamless customer experience

You will aim to be best in class within your store. You are flexible, proactive and enthusiastic about creating meaningful moments through our products and the Rituals philosophy. You remain calm, welcoming and solutions-focused during busy peak trading periods.

Key responsibilities
• Create a warm, welcoming and festive experience for every customer.
• Proactively approach customers and use open questions to understand who they are shopping for, their needs and their budget.
• Build confident knowledge of Christmas Gift Sets, Advent Calendars, seasonal collections and core Rituals products.
• Help customers find the perfect gift and recommend complementary products through thoughtful basket building.
• Create fans, not just sales, by representing the Rituals brand and delivering genuine, memorable service.
• Work flexibly and positively as one team, particularly during weekends, late trading and peak Christmas periods.

Christmas at Rituals is about helping customers slow down, connect and give with meaning. As a Christmas Advisor, you will make festive shopping feel personal and enjoyable, one customer and one meaningful moment at a time.

The key details are:

Base contract: 8 hours per week, with the opportunity for additional overtime
Availability: Must be flexible throughout December
December trading: Our weekday opening hours will be extended until 9:00pm
