• HS diploma, Bachelor's preferred
• Previous coaching experience
• Experience working with young athletes
• Ability to demonstrate swimming skills effectively
• Experience in swimming at a competitive level

• Collegiate student-athlete experience

• →Effectively teaching young athletes the fundamentals of swimming
• →Creating and implementing drills to help build foundational skills
• →Coaching students through best practices in sportsmanship
• →Attending all practices and meets
