Responsibilities

→Serve as the primary point of contact for parent transportation inquiries, concerns, and requests.
→Communicate route assignments, schedule updates, service changes, delays, and transportation-related notifications to families.
→Manage transportation registrations, ridership updates, and stop change requests in accordance with school policy.
→Coordinate with the transportation provider and school administration to resolve issues and ensure service continuity.
→Maintain accurate transportation records, contact information, and communication logs.
→Support implementation and consistent application of transportation policies and procedures.
→Assist with emergency communications and transportation incident follow-up when necessary.
→Monitor parent feedback and identify opportunities to improve communication and service delivery.

Requirements
