Licensed HVAC Technician - HVAC Installer

PAY & BENEFITS

We offer a unique compensation structure - you start off earning $35.00 - $45.00/hour, depending on experience, then transition into performance-based pay. As you meet goals and benchmarks, your earning potential rises to $120,000/year!

After working with us for 12 months, we'll also pay for you to have a personal financial consultant!

Your standard schedule goes from Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

We're looking for someone who has been in the trade for a while and has a good grasp of the industry. Here are the minimum requirements:

• Class D or S Connecticut journeyman license
• 5+ years of residential heating and air conditioning installation and maintenance experience
• Ability to install, maintain, and repair equipment
• Valid Connecticut driver's license and a clean driving record
