Software Engineer (BT-26034)

The Software Engineer will support the various projects located in Cape Canaveral, Florida.

• →Design/development of Full Stack and front-end web development for specific program support.
• →Utilize Oracle software development including developing packages, stored procedures, triggers, functions, and indexes and Oracle front end development using Oracle Forms or APEX,
• →Will be embedded in an Agile Development Environment, using Agile Development and Collaboration tools (JIRA).
• →Other duties as assigned.

• This position requires a full Secret Clearance to start with ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Clearance.
• Must have a bachelor's degree .
• Your degree must be in a STEM field.
• Must have a minimum of 3 or more years of recent and related work experience.
• Full stack or front-end web development experience (HTML, CSS, JS, PL/SQL).
• Experience with Oracle software development including developing packages, stored procedures, triggers, functions, and indexes.
• Experience with Oracle front end development using Oracle Forms or APEX.
• Experience programming in Python.
• Experience with Agile Development and Collaboration tools (JIRA).

• Recognized certification CompTIA Security +
• Experience working with parquet and Time Series data design/storage.
• Experience with Digital Engineering (MBSE, Digital Twins, etc.).
• Experience with Windows and/or Linux environments.
• Experience with version control software.
• Excellent project documentation and communication skills.

• This position is located onsite; some travel may be required.
• Schedules are subject to change based on the requirements of the position and/or customer needs.

• Generally, an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on the task.
• Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods (90% of the time) and may require lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. (5% of the time).
• Regular attendance in accordance with an established work schedule is critical.
