Electrical Installation Trainer/Assessor

Permanent contract, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

In this role, you will guide apprentices through their journey – the classroom, workshop, and workplace – and influence their confidence and future careers. 

As an Electrical Installation Trainer/Assessor at Bath College, you will deliver high-quality apprenticeship programmes to meet employer needs and End-Point Assessment requirements. 

What you will lead 

You will manage a group of electrical apprentices, helping them gain the knowledge and skills required to achieve a pass, merit, or distinction. 

You will also work with curriculum staff and the Apprenticeship Team to deliver a structured programme that aligns with industry standards.
