This is a high-income opportunity for experienced sales professionals who want a steady flow of appointments, a proven product, and the ability to control their own earnings. There is no cold calling or door-to-door prospecting—all appointments are provided.

Top performers in this role consistently earn six figures, with strong earners exceeding $200,000+ annually.

• →Meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes
• →Conduct professional sales consultations and assess customer needs
• →Present bath remodeling solutions using company tools (iPad, design software, etc.)
• →Build custom quotes and project proposals
• →Close sales during the appointment when appropriate
• →Provide a smooth, professional customer experience from start to finish

• Prior experience in in-home sales, outside sales, or consultative selling preferred
• Background in home improvement (bath, kitchen, roofing, windows, HVAC, solar, etc.) is a plus
• Strong closing ability and confident communication skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
• Comfortable working independently and managing a flexible schedule
• Reliable transportation required
