We are looking for motivated In-Home Sales Consultants to meet with homeowners throughout Queens and help them create beautiful, functional bathroom spaces.

Responsibilities

→Meet with homeowners during scheduled appointments throughout Queens.
→Conduct professional in-home consultations.
→Understand customer needs and recommend customized bathroom remodeling solutions.
→Present product options, pricing, and financing solutions.
→Build strong relationships with homeowners through a consultative sales approach.
→Close sales during the initial consultation.
→Maintain accurate customer information using company CRM systems.
→Follow company sales processes to maximize results.

Requirements

Previous sales experience preferred but not required.
Experience in home improvement sales is a plus (bath remodeling, windows, roofing, siding, kitchens, flooring, HVAC, solar, or similar industries).
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Confident, professional, and customer-focused personality.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
Comfortable meeting customers in their homes.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Willingness to complete our fully paid training program.
