BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to join our team as Caregivers / Home Health Aides. In this role, you will provide one-on-one, in-home support to clients, helping them remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.

No prior experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing support for the right individual.

Responsibilities

→Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting)
→Support activities of daily living (ADLs)
→Perform light housekeeping and laundry
→Prepare meals and assist with feeding
→Provide mobility assistance and transfers
→Offer medication reminders
→Assist with range-of-motion exercises
→Provide companionship and emotional support

Requirements

Ability to travel to client homes as assigned
Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
