Certified Home Health Aide

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) for a full-time opportunity providing one-on-one home health visits to clients throughout Monmouth County, NJ.

As a BAYADA Certified Home Health Aide, you'll provide personalized care and support that helps clients maintain their independence, safety, and dignity in the comfort of their own homes. You'll be an important member of an interdisciplinary care team while building meaningful one-on-one relationships with the clients you serve.

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
• Assist with safe transfers and ambulation, including the use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Support clients with range-of-motion exercises.
• Assist with oral feeding and medication assistance as directed.
• Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Assist with light housekeeping and home management tasks, including laundry, meal preparation, and bed making.
• Help promote each client's comfort, safety, dignity, and independence.
• Communicate changes or concerns to the appropriate BAYADA clinical team member.

• Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of work experience as a Home Health Aide preferred.
• Successful completion of a recognized Home Health Aide training program.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Successful completion of the BAYADA Competency Evaluation.
• Ability to meet all applicable New Jersey state requirements.
• Ability to successfully complete required background checks.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between client homes throughout Monmouth County.

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation:

$28.00-$34.00 per point
