Client Services Manager, Home Care

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Client Services Manager in our New York City Skilled Nursing office.

As a Client Services Manager, you will:

• →Provide superior customer service and support high-quality home care services
• →Manage the coordination of client services and address emergent scheduling needs
• →Oversee and grow your Client Services Manager caseload proactively
• →Build lasting relationships with clients, referral sources, payors, and community organizations
• →Develop strong, collaborative relationships with your office team
• →Maintain effective fiscal management of your caseload by monitoring performance metrics
• →Partner with Clinical Managers to support and help supervise field employees

Qualified candidates should have:

• Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
• A demonstrated record of taking on increased responsibility and achieving goals
• A strong desire to grow and advance beyond the current role
• Strong computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A bachelor’s degree preferred
• Bilingual skills preferred, but not required
