BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to join the team throughout Independence, MO areas. BAYADA caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. As a member of our team, you will be valued, respected, and heard.

✓Payrate: $18.00-$19.50 commensurate on experience

✓Part-time hours with the potential to reach 40 hours a week

✓Flexible scheduling

✓Short commute times (we try to match opportunities near your home)

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
