• Structured onboarding and paid training
• Shadow visits and gradual caseload ramp-up as needed
• Ongoing mentorship from experienced clinicians

As a BAYADA PT, you’ll help clients regain independence where they feel safest — at home. You will:

• →Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments
• →Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• →Provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise
• →Implement skin and wound-prevention strategies
• →Educate clients and families to promote long-term success
• →Document care using our intuitive EMR system

• Current Pennsylvania PT license (or eligibility)
• Graduation from an accredited PT program
• Comfort with EMR systems (training provided)
