In this role, you’ll build meaningful one-on-one relationships—serving as a trusted companion, mentor, and advocate in both home and community settings.

• →Assist with personal care (grooming, dressing)
• →Support clients with errands and appointments
• →Engage in hobbies, activities, and social outings
• →Help with daily tasks like meal preparation
• →Encourage and participate in community activities

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience working with individuals with I/DD
  (No experience? No problem—we offer paid training through our apprentice program!)
