MSW Care Manager

Elder Life Management, now part of the BAYADA family, is seeking a compassionate MSW Care Manager to support our elder clients in Tinton Falls, NJ, and surrounding areas. 

This role requires the ability to assess, plan, and coordinate care for older adults both at home and in facility settings, while advocating for their independence and well-being.

• Masters of Social Worker (MSW) required
• Experience in geriatrics or elder care preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with families and service providers
• Valid driver’s license; company car provided for work-related travel

• Salary: $38- $47/hr depending on qualifications

• Weekly pay
• Monday-Friday 8:30-5pm hours, after hours client support availability needed
