Responsibilities

→Lead and mentor a team of SNU nurses and support staff.
→Oversee clinical care for adult and pediatric clients, including assessments, care plans, and care coordination.
→Ensure compliance with BAYADA policies, documentation standards, and state/federal regulations.
→Collaborate with families, physicians, and the office team to deliver safe, personalized care.
→Support recruitment, onboarding, and skills validation for new clinical staff.
→Participate in quality improvement initiatives and problem-solving for complex care scenarios.
→Model The BAYADA Way, creating a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment.

Monday–Friday, daytime office hours 8:30am- 5:00pm (flexibility for occasional extended hours)
Occasional travel for site visits, meetings, and community engagement
Participation in on-call rotation as needed
