Responsibilities

As a BAYADA PT, you’ll help clients regain independence where they feel safest — at home. You will:

→Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments
→Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
→Provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise
→Implement skin and wound-prevention strategies
→Educate clients and families to promote long-term success
→Document care using our intuitive EMR system

Requirements
