BAYADA HOME HEALTH CARE is seeking a Bilingual Spanish RN Clinical Manager for our Assistive Care State Programs office in Elizabeth, NJ. This full-time role offers a Monday-Friday daytime schedule, a competitive salary, and a sign-on bonus. In this position, you will focus primarily on client assessments, care planning, and clinical oversight for clients throughout Union County. Responsibilities

Conduct client assessments and help develop individualized plans of care
→
Provide ongoing clinical oversight for clients receiving services through our Assistive Care State Programs in Union County
→
Monitor client needs and help ensure services remain aligned with care plans and program requirements
→
Complete required nursing documentation and clinical follow-up
→
Build strong relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and office team members
→
Partner with the office team to support quality, continuity of care, and positive client outcomes

Current Registered Nurse license
At least 2 years of RN experience
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
Passion for supporting clients and caregivers in the home setting

Requirements

Supervisory or team leadership experience
Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing field staff

Full-time, exempt position
Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Combination of office-based leadership and field-based client visits for assessments
