Ideal Candidates: New Jersey RNs with Compact Licensure

• →Deliver skilled nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in the home
• →Complete comprehensive assessments and follow physician orders
• →Perform medication management, wound care, disease management, and patient education
• →Accurately document care and communicate with the interdisciplinary care team
• →Support patient independence, safety, and quality of life

• Active RN license (Compact license required or must have PA RN license)
• Willingness to provide home visits in Philadelphia
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience (home health or med-surg experience a plus)
• Strong clinical judgment and time-management skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered approach

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications and subject to negotiation:
