Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead, mentor, and support a team of caregivers (HHAs, CNAs) and field staff
- →Oversee client services including onboarding, care plan development, and ongoing service delivery
- →Ensure compliance with BAYADA policies, state regulations, and documentation standards
- →Partner with families, referral sources, and internal teams to ensure high client satisfaction
- →Conduct supervisory visits, client assessments, and service check-ins
- →Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
- →Model The BAYADA Way, fostering a positive, team-oriented, and mission-driven culture
Nice to Have

- Knowledge of private pay home care
- Experience managing caregivers or scheduling in a fast-paced environment
- Full-time role: exempt
- Monday–Friday, daytime office hours 8:30am- 5:00pm (flexibility for occasional extended hours)
